Mini Beef Meatball

(Misket Köfte) Ingredients X
We put bulgur and minced meat (çiğköftelik) into the kneading
bowl and add 1 tablespoon of chili pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and
1 teaspoon of cumin. Then, we knead it until it reaches dough
consistency. Finally, we roll it into a small ball shape.
Preparation of the Meal X
We just add oil to the pot and lightly fry the cubed meat. Then, we add the
roughly chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic and saute. We add tomato
paste and spices respectively. After roasting for a while, we add the broth. We
orani We chop the chard and add it to boiling water. We add boiled chickpeas to it,
reduce the heat and let it boil for 10 minutes.
B boil it for another 15 minutes on low heat and turn it off.
We fry the meatballs in a pan.
We crush the remaining clove of garlic in a mortar and
mix it with yoghurt.
We add fried meatballs to our meal on a serving plate
and serve it with garlic yoghurt.
